The first TDIS (injection Protection Absorber) is all set for installation at Point 2
The first TDIS (Injection Protection Absorber) is ready for installation at Point 2 in February 2020. On 19 December 2019, the HL-LHC Project and CERN Management congratulated the teams involved in the successful construction of this state-of-the art device.
