Located in Prévessin (France), building 927 is the workshop where superconducting magnets and related technologies for the HL-LHC Project are tested, i.e. where part of the WP6a activities are carried out.

The equipment currently located there includes:

1. Novel cabling machine for the production of High Temperature Superconducting REBCO cables for the HL-LHC SC Link Project.
2. Series MgB₂ cables assemblies for the powering of the HL-LHC Triplets (|120| kA @ 25 K) and Matching Sections (|40| kA @ 25 K).
