Through cryogenics, we can cool material to very low temperatures and know how it behaves in that state. This process is widely used as the materials we use are superconductors only at extremely low temperatures.
WP9 bees will prepare the new cooling facilities and will distribute the superfluid helium to the new components. In short, these bees are working to increase cryogenic power, which will lead to great operational advantages.
These bees are working intensively with bees from WP3, WP4, WP6A and WP15.
